Description
Sunset Shimmer has rejected her humanity and worn the Alicorn Amulet, turning her into a dangerous Nightmare. Thus, Twilight ventures to the Castle of the Two Sisters in the Everfree Forest to seek the mentorship of Master Celestia and learn the art of Hamon, the only thing capable of stopping a Nightmare for good. Unfortunately, she finds Celestia’s arrogant student Trixie Lulamoon Zeppeli instead.
Twilight ain’t happy of her current situation. But Sunset is wreaking havoc, and Celestia is nowhere to be found. So nothing to do except suck it up, and ignore Trixie’s bragging and condescensions. Though after one week of lessons, Twilight is starting to wonder if Trixie’s Hamon skills are any better than a beginner’s like her…
Author’s note:
This idea came to me while I was working on my MLP/Ace Attorney mashups, and I decided that I had to draw it. And that is all I can say at the moment. Except one thing: first Trixie and William Zeppeli mashup! (though personally, I see Celestia as William Antonio Zeppeli)
Critique and comments would be welcomed! I will be posting this on Derpibooru, but expect changes to the main drawing on Deviantart based on critique or my own judgement.

MLP belongs to Hasbro.
Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures belongs to Hirohiko Araki and Luckyland Communications.

Thank you!
Those are some pretty solid picks.
Agree, though I got Applejack as Jotaro, since I want the Mane Six to be the Main Joes. Basically:
Jonathan - Twilight Sparkle
Joseph - Pinkie Pie
Jotaro - Applejack (yep, she’s Pinkie’s granddaughter. Not awkward at all.)
Josuke - Rarity (Yep, Pinkie’s illegitimate son. Ok, now this is awkward.
Giorno - Fluttershy (mainly the animal connection. Though I wonder if Fluttershy could be enraged enough to actually consider rapid-punching someone for seven pages straight)
Jolyne - Rainbow Dash (yep, Applejack’s daughter. Not strange, no, not at all).
Maud could make a good Bruno Buccellati, though.
P.S. : And talking about Venteo Aureo, Fugo is probably a Changeling who crossed the mirror. I mean, just look what he wears!
Agree with you on Geil. I guess the problem is that Jojo’s aimed for a more mature audience than MLP, which means the villains can be worse in comparison. I mean, imagine if Araki created MLP: probably gonna have Sombra set a Crystal Pony on fire for disobeying him.
As for Braeburn, I want him as Mountain Tim, mostly because their color schemes are similar. Pegged him as Hol Horse before this conversation.
Agree that Trixie could also be Caesar, having looked over both of their Wikia pages again. Both of them are rather arrogant but eventually turn for the better. Could also make Jack Pot the MLP version of Mario Zeppeli, who sacrifices his life to save a young Trixie. However, if Trixie is unavailable, then I could use Glinda (I have Pinkie as Joseph, so that ticks the box for Joseph-Caesar tension. Rainbow Dash in my mind is Jolyne instead.)
Finally: thanks for the encouragement. I will strive to make my art better, learn how to draw those poses and hands without breaking a brain vein.
Starlight is definitely Pucci. Pre-reform Starlight, at least.
Geil… the problem is that most villainous Stand Users are absolutely horrible people, since it’s the easiest way to fulfill the ‘strong fighting spirit’ requirement for having a Stand. Hol Horse is actually very moderate by comparison, and even then he’s manipulative and selfish.
Braeburn might work as one of the characters from Steel Ball Run, such as Mountain Tim or Pocoloco. Probably the latter.
Also, looking at the original artwork, Trixie might not be a good fit for Zeppeli, but she’d make a great Caesar Zeppeli. Of course, Twilight’s better as Jonathan than Joseph, so maybe Rainbow Dash as Joseph?
(Sorry, I don’t have enough artistic skill to offer any pointers. You seem to know what you’re doing - just keep practicing and experimenting.)
Hol Horse? Good idea! I had been thinking of using Braeburn as the Whole Horse because of their similar color schemes, but Trixie fits HH’s personality better.
Snips and Snails as Oingo and Boingo? Definitely agree with that, especially since canonically, Trixie did force them to work for her while drunk on Amulet power.
As for J. Geil… yep, can’t find any pony to stand for him. It is just… well, there is not much ponies I can think of who are cowards with horrific views when it comes to pleasure and people. And Starlight definitely does not fit. Instead, in my mind, I have Starlight taking bigger roles: Father Enrico Pucci.
(P.S. What do you think of the art? What could I change to improve it?)
Edited because: Add more.
I think Trixie could make a good Hol Horse. Mercenary and morally grey, but not as downright nasty as most other JoJo antagonists. Funny. Not too powerful, but good at what they do. The only big difference is that Hol Horse prefers to work as a team, while Trixie usually do her thing alone, at least until she met Starlight. (And I can’t see Starlight as a good J. Geil. Though Snips and Snails might work as Oingo and Boingo.)
Artist here, and I share your sentiment. Pre-reformation Trixie would be the worst teacher of all time: not only would she brag about her supposed achievements, in the end, it turns out all her skills are mere bluffery and fakes. I portrayed Trixie here as Zeppeli mainly because the idea just popped in my mind one day, and also that Trixie would look good in a white suit and checker hat.
Doing this drawing has got me thinking, though: what JJBA character could Trixie stand in for? Usually, I would have Trixie replace Dio, as three artists before me have done, and both of their characters fit. But I have been thinking of other roles that Trixie could take besides Dio. Which other character in Jojo has an ego, or likes to prank other people?
QueenPrincess?
