yes, Level 3 or above clerics can remove and bestow curses.
Generally, yes. Or at least I’d assume so. Clerics are priests and the holy energy they wield would make sense in combating the dark energy of curses. I also remember playing RPG’s in which you had to visit a church to remove a curse.
