Actually there's a chance it will be even more different than that due to his adult/big form having been shown 2 different times with two different designs(In the cutie mark chronicles when young tTwilight's magic makes hbaby Spimke huge and adult looking, and of course in secret of my excess the one everyone more commonly talks about) in the case of my honest belief I think his true adult design will be around medium size and a more slim/lean design with dull-ish spines rather than a his more strong looking Greed form. (In his teens I believe he'll look either like Smolder or Mina, maybe a midpoint between both)
