It took 4 months between Rule 63 regular Pharynx, and Rule 63 Prince Pharynx…  
… Somebody took their sweet time.  
Before someone asks how I know it was four months… I’ve got a comment on the first rule 63 Pharynx image I found.  
… Even more amazing than the long wait between rule 63 entries for different versions of the same character that both showed up in the same episode… Is the fact there’s still only TWO such images of Pharynx. The only other image where both “Pharynx” and “Rule 63” are on the same image is one where another character but not Pharynx is in rule 63.

Not so bright, better internal composition, and most reformedlings have, well, ugly colours. The only reason why it’s better if only Pharynx looks like this is to help him, or her, stand out. Other than that, give me these colours any day of the week, even after all this time.
