not even made out of Gas anymore, they are giant super dense and heated Plasma Fusion Reactors.
 
also if twilight were that big she would’ve already started to undergo Nuclear Fusion herself, and deformed into a sphere due to bones, flesh, etc not being able to withstand such forces, killing her instantly and burning brighter than the sun.
 
also biting the sun wouldn#t work because it is plasma… it would just spread out in all directions

Well from my calculations she grew approximately 140 times in length from a mouthful of sun at her previous size into her current size and since the sun is about a mouthful for her at her current size it’d stand to reason that she’d grow approximately another 140 times in length (which according to the square-cube law means she’d increase in volume by 19600 times). From my calculations her current torso length is approximately 4,062,287 km so if she grew by 140 times in length from this “mouthful of sun” then her torso would be 568,720,133 km long or approximately 31.6 light-minutes long if you will. For reference, that is the length of 44,584 Earths laid out in a row or about the same length as the average distance between the sun and Pluto. However, considering that her growths thus far haven’t been directly proportional to the amount she eats relative to her size but rather proportional to something else like the amount of magic/energy she consumes or something there’s no real telling as to how large she’ll grow from this.

Also, I highly doubt the sun would form a completely stable orbit around Twily just like that.
