To be fair, sometimes an OC’s gender doesn’t mean squat. After all, isn’t Glaze (Wooden Toaster’s OC) a mare as well?

Everyone thinks Megasweet is a girl and that Madmax is a guy, although you’d think people would assume the other way around given that 90% of Megasweet’s art is freaky porn, while Madmax draws tons of delightfully cute stuff.
 
Anyway, I was unaware that Madmax was an ESL, although that may be because I would have probably made the mistake when writing that last line. :P

Actually, it’s not redundant, you could have done it with only one of those, so the expression switched only applies to one simply by its definition.

Doesn’t seem problematic at all to me. Double negative can be used for emphasis, as well.
 
Then again, I’m not a native speaker either. :)
