Also the problem of people don’t want to follow six blogs and god know how many others he does a crossover with in order to follow the one blog Jitters does they like, that’s the biggest problem with comics and why often they hit the reset button.

V That, and many of the blogs didn’t even have a buildup to anything. Relentless gore and darkness without anything else gets old after a while.

one current problem is that no blogs have a set “end”. Little Miss Rarity was a particularly egregious example as jay just reset it every month before he got shut down.
 
I’m not jitters (the artist behind discord hooves and about 6 others) has a planned end for a few of his but so many forget that a buildup needs a pay-off or your readers will get bored.
 
Now on the other hand you needn’t worry if your blog is just slice of life then you just have to keep the tone as you want it and keep the material fresh.

shame how all of them went for the “shocks and reactions” part

What I love about this blog was how unapologetic she was. She knows she has committed horrible things, but she doesn’t dislike having done them but rather her friends not understanding why she did them. That was so interesting to observe carrying out.
 
Also, it began with shock and then turned more interesting. I don’t know if the last few post nosedived again, but I frankly recall it getting better and deeper as it went along.

I think this is the first tumblrpones I’ve ever seen, I think it was before everybody and their mother was doing it.

This was also in the time when crooked tree’s put a little more thought into their pinkamena blog. Towards the end it just went for shocks and reactions rather than actual emotion like this.
 
However it was still a good blog, and in the end was the seed for so many others to follow.
