Kind of, but not quite as you may think. The lack of external pressure means that all unpressurized fluids boil out instantly; i.e. all the moisture on your skin and eyeballs, which also causes those parts to frost over. Your skin and muscles keep your blood from doing the same thing, but it's still going to expand as much as your body can allow, causing some really unhealthy bloating. Then, all the heat and moisture will slowly evaporate from your body over the course of several hours, until you become a freeze-dried mummy. Of course you'll have choked to death long before that point.
