The basic premise is that Rainbow Dash got accidently shrunken by Twilight and Scootaloo, that little creep, had been watching. So when Scootaloo finds Rainbow Dash, who is still capable of speaking and thinking, she does not return her to Twilight, but instead keeps her as a pet. Meanwhile, everyone searches for Rainbow Dash and Twilight entered a mental breakdown because she thinks SHE HAS ACCIDANTLY KILLED HER FRIEND.
 
Scootaloo ignores all that and continues to keep Rainbow Dash for herself, treating her like a plushie toy which she takes to bed…
 
I don’t know, but I would call her behaviour creepy and mentally disturbed…
