I’m not seeing any ice, so it can’t be the Final Fantasy Shiva. And I don’t think there’s a Shiva that isn’t a reference to the deity in anything (especially since the Final Fantasy one has no relation to the deity aside from her name).
I think whit the FF element and spell name pretty sure it isn’t the deity.
I think its a reference to the actual deity, as Shiva is a God of Destruction (specifically evil) and Transformation.
I wounder wich set of Esper\Summon you are using?
