the phrase is “jumping to conclusions” not “conclude in a hurry.”

Eh, it is grammatically correct and just because an idiom exists doesn’t mean one HAS to use it. In fact NOT doing so could be interpreted as intentionally raising the same objection in Twilight’s mind so that she will remember the lesson better.

In other words, it was probably a mistake by the translator, but one that worked out well, and thus should perhaps be allowed to remain even if the other errors are corrected.
