Ok…let’s focus on that. Now notice my single pics turn out better than the comics…why is that? Common sense…since I have just one pony and one BG to focus on I can spend more time on getting it right and polished. Maybe you and others take into consideration how many different things I am working on in a comic and making all the BGs by scratch when I don’t have to but I want to. IDK many fandom comic artists since I got into MLP in 2011 that push as much effort into the BGs as I do for EVERY comic and as many as I’ve done to make it feel in context.
There’s a major difference doing a single pic for 5 days and trying to get a comic done in that same time frame. Also don’t you or anyone give me S**t like “oh you can take longer than that to get it right on the comics”….honestly if you piddle a comic or single piece to death you’ll hit an art block or never get onto another art piece. Sometimes you got to just say “that’s as good as it’s gonna get” before you get bored.
