Replace “Fluttershy” with “Applejack” in that sentence and that would apply to me. In fact, I actually think 95% of the time, Applejack is best dressed human in Equestria Girls, which is hilarious given she couldn’t give a flip about fashion; she just throws on what she likes and/or is comfy.

well I guess equestria ponies have those weirdly vertical flamingo-like necks that give them extra height. but it’d be generous to say those dwarf horses were waist high at the withers. they’re definitely not knee high, though!

We can induce dwarfism and giantism in a lot of animals, especially humans.
The endocrine system isn’t hard to manipulate, and the younger you start manipulating an animals hormones, the most profound the changes are going to be, in particular before the growth plates close.
A drug can stunt growth hormone without having too much negative impact on the rest of the body. This is going to cause low bone density, low libido, and small genitals. It’s safe to say the reduced sex drive is going to solve more problems than it causes, but I’m pretty sure you would have to supplement d vitamins, which are bone steroid.
I’d like titan Applejack or same height Applejack. EqG “canon” is fine too. Any smaller than a housecat and I’d run a very real risk of accidentally squishing her D:
my favorite are when the pony heads are the same size as the human heads. so, between 4 and 5.
still kinda hard to say what eqg canon size is, b/c eqg humans are so disproportionate. according to this ponies are only thigh height, but fluttershy’s legs are like 2/3 of her body. plus girls are only 5’4” on average, so treating flutters like she’s 6’ makes the numbers a bit too high. (then again she does have the body of a supermodel…)
I like Hoers sized because I like the idea of being the small spoon when we cuddle, and also the potential for one of them biting the collar of my shirt and carrying me around like a mama cat.
