Wallflower is/was one of the best candidates for redemption due to how sympathetic she is
heck, it wouldn’t have been too much of a stretch for her to destroy the stone herself after how horrified she was at what she had done if she was aware that destroying the stone would restore the stolen memories

The only villain on your list that’s even close to being redeemable is Chrysalis, and even that is very unlikely, so you should be good.

Like I said before, if a villain has any sympathetic traits or backstory they will get redeemed. This isn’t something that will be “done with”.
Let’s also not forget Sombra. (Yes, I know he was blown to bits, be he technically wasn’t reformed either.)

Hey Chrysalis is still out there, Tirek could get loose again, and on the CHS side of things, the Dazzlings were just depowered, not redeemed.
MLP has been doing that since the second episode. Unless a villain is super evil chances are they’re gonna get redeemed. That’s just the kind of show MLP is.
I am personally fine with these reformations, but each to their own, I suppose.
That’s why we have Trixie.
where everyone is redeemed no matter how bad there actions are we forgive them because we can’t write villains anymore
