Your entire comment is headcanon. No part of EQG has even hinted that human Trixie and real magic have anything to do with each other. If this was supposed to be equestrian magic affecting her, then the special should have indicated it, and she should have reacted to it, but neither of those things happened.

Ok human Trixie has never shown magical ability before now. But magic is leaking in the world from a break in the dimensional border, she has been exposed to magic directly at all four major events, brainwashed by sunset daemon, again by the dazzlings probably focused on actually to make her risk killing some one with the trap door bit, then the friendship games and camp Everfree. Magic is shown to be infectious it would not surprise me if she can teleport with intense focus or in as fight or flight response.
 
I honestly am surprised it took this long for for anyone out side the mane six to manifest magical ability. Not surprised it was Trixie though.
 
But any one else see the irony that human Trixie gets the ability to teleport while pony Trixie still can’t do the same spell?
 
Also I casting my bet that shadow five will gain magic before flash gets wings.

This special is not cartoony enough for that to apply, especially towards a plot point. Even the most cartoony shorts in EQG don’t try to pass off nonsensical plot points as jokes.
