It's not that Kalianne doesn't like her, like they've not even met, but it's just lamia instinct that they're a bit possessive and territorial, so she sees another lamia as a threat to her friendship with GMHAA XD


 
Other than her parents, no. Her kind (as in that specific species of lamia) isn't all that common and she's wandered pretty far from home as it is :P
