Do you know anything about sage? I've been taking sage tea lately, to help with my memory. I have no idea whether it really works or not, though. I mean it tastes pretty refreshing, but aside from that I haven't noticed any changes. I prefer traditional remedies to hardcore prescriptions unless I can't avoid it.
