@sarge: I don’t blame them either, but when your company is going belly up, one can’t help but call you a douchebag if you triple your salary and blame unions/strikes when you tripling your salary probably dis more damage to the company.
 
It’s like how Wal-Mart could afford to pay their employees more, but they don’t. Instead advising their employees to apply for welfare or food stamps because they’ll only be earning $16,000 per year with that job. We’re subsidizing them, more or less because they don’t want to pay their workers a decent salary that Wal-Mart could definitely afford with their profits.
 
So, sorry, but I calls ’em as I sees ’em. Whether government or business. A greedy asshole is a greedy asshole.

They sold the fruit pie recipe years back the first time they were in trouble to JTM foods. But JTM/JJ only has the production capacity to deliver to specific grocers (like Hillers or Save-a-Lot), so giving away that recipe didn’t hurt them that much. Unfortunately they didn’t really have anything worthwhile to pawn off this time around.
