The only problem with it is it’s not really a very good “Would You Rather?” Though the details of this one make it reasonably funny despite that. They’re not supposed to be a choice between different options of the same thing, but rather a choice between two completely different bad things. More like:
 
Would you rather:
 
Have Twilight Sparkle as your foalsitter?
 
Or have Zesty Gourmand cook all your meals?
 
Much of the amusement comes from how you go about weighing the incomparable downsides of each one. If they’re too similar, the comparison becomes trivial and boring. “How do I want my foals neglected?” is a straightforward question. It isn’t as interesting a question as, “Is it worse having my foals neglected once in a while, or to eat bland food for the rest of my life?”

I’d rather garbage like this went in the forums where it belongs.

Neither. Pinkie is batspit crazy and Twilight is a neurotic dork who panics at the drop of a hat.

Twilight as a foal sitter would probably involve less destruction of property. Just saying…

I would rather have Flash as my foal’s sitter.  

Twilight would have been a good babysitter had she not overbooked herself and had her brother not shown up unannounced and foisted Flurry off on her at the last minute.
 
Pinkie learned her lesson before the end of the episode, so she would not make the same mistakes again. So either one would be a good choice.
 
However, I would choose Pinkie since Twilight is a princess and would most likely have royal duties to which to attend.
