If Spike sees that as normal, does that make it more intimate?

I think if he got flustered then he would know that it is more then “friendly” but because it is normal to him, then it is more second nature to be that close. Or maybe it’s Twilight that thinks snuggling is more intimate then friendly. In which case what does she think of Spike? Would she snuggle with Greg or is it only with Spike that she feels that comfortable?
