Well, the both of those are easily in my system’s repos.  
GIMP’s even installed by default.
 
I guess I probably should maybe look into this if/when I do this again.

Yeah, aliasing is the main issue with paint.
 
I suggest GIMP - just make sure to use the right brush for the job.
 
Or what I do - Inkscape for drawing the object, and GIMP for editing it into the gif.

Well it was done with an MS Paint Clone. KolourPaint4 specifically.  
I didn’t quite notice the aliasing thing as much as I do now that you’ve pointed it out :P

And I’m glad it stayed, despite my favorite stuff getting its score hurt. And find a more tasteful way to mock the supporters of it than one that ridicules free speech.
 
I’m kinda surprised, overall, though. I mean, it doesn’t have the gross aspects of diapers, and isn’t gross at all in general. It’s just cute.
 
Heck, Pinkie’s suckled pacifiers canonically twice, iirc. And one of those times seemed intentional. I think the other was just a balloon that looked like a baby bottle to keep herself from spilling a secret.
 

 
I think the poor score here just comes from the bad aliasing on the edit making it look kinda poor quality.

I see nothing wrong with the vote system. It gives people the opportunity to voice their opinion.  
Just because they don’t like AB/DL stuff doesn’t mean it’ll go away though x3

It’s from a depressingly large contingent of people who hate AB/DL and refuse to use filters. This sort of downvote abuse is why there was an attempt a while back to change how scoring works here but the admins chickened out after the vocal minority whined about ‘but muh free speech’.

You can disassemble and put gifs back together using ImageMagick. I used an MS Paint Clone to edit it frame-by-frame.

The edit is low quality, but the concept and the fact it’s animated and the pose and all make up for it and make it adorable.
