I think the real reason that they never show us Cadence and Mrs Cake pregannt, is for safety, because this shows is aimed for young children who not have the apropiate age to know where babies come from

Anyone with a brain knows the real reason is that the work to edit every angle of cadance to include a belly for literally 1 episode where she isnt the primary focus is a waste of effort.
