I haven't looked through the comments, but from the artstyle this looks like moonatik's work (who is in the tag list). I will now write a quick python script to diff the artist lists to check.
 
Edit: The script was a dumb idea since the artist is apparently also in the original picture, which I should've seen coming. I'm staying with my orginal guess though.
