The official name of Coco Pommel is now just Ms. Pommel haven’t you noticed that they just call her like that on the last episodes she appeared or was mentioned, it was due to legal issues with Coco Chanel legal dept.

Real world: Red Cross is for hospitals and such where you can get treatment.  
Green Cross is for pharmacies and other places where you can get medication, but not medical treatment.  
Purple cross is for the vet, as in, animals, not humans.

Good thing her name is Redheart and not Redcross. The hearts around the cross should be red, doesn’t really matter what color the cross itself is.

Technically, this time it was Johnson&Johnson, as when the Red Cross asked the animators to change it, they accepted the version that had only a red cross-shaped outline and a heart in it.
 
Although I wonder why not pick a freen cross, as that one is literally something no one can copyright.

It’s not like some company whining that they’ll lose money from brand confusion if others use a similar logo; the Red Cross is in the Geneva Convention. It has a specific, very important meaning, that should not be used carelessly (or commercially).

The Red Cross can suck ass. It’s not their place to decide who can and can’t use a red colored cross. As far as we know, Redheart’s mark could’ve been a red plus sign and given it’s size on her butt, it is a red plus sign or was at this point…
 
Red Cross has been throwing a fit at people that use their symbol and aren’t affiliated with red cross. Honestly I’m surprised this wasn’t nipped in the bud decades ago.
 
Simply put the law is: if they want to keep their intellectual property they have to stop others from using it.
