(My OC/sona in FO:E-verse)
 
Prism Note lives in a town that is in some part of Equestria and away from dangerous environment as had a normal life around the place. He is a former artist when he was a teen and began his training as a mechanic in years passed by but he also trains in using a gun in secret at a private area where nopony would bother. The unicorn stallion becomes an apprentice of a former Stable Dweller who has been living in the town he is in years ago after the dweller’s Stable is attacked by a gang of Raiders. Prism decide to explore the Wasteland to seek some answers or go in some place that has some interesting techs as the former dweller tells him about a faction that is either friendly or not and it can be dangerous. The mechanic reassures him that he will be fine and will always find a way to survive.
 
Amused and intrigue by this, the old stallion decide to give him a Pipbuck to help him on his journey when he needed it to which Prism accepted it before wearing it on his left foreleg. Strapping up his saddlebag with supplies, weapons & meds, Prism began his journey through the Wasteland to begin his search.

Hoof Loader - With this perks, it enables him to make bullets by recycling discarded bullet casings with other metallic materials.
