The car look a lot more like a Fiat 500.
Rainbow Dash, probably a muscle car
And Pinkie Pie, quite possibly a lowrider with hydraulics and big speakers, befitting her personality
Benefactor Panto, Compacts
Toyota Prius is also perfect, but not really for my universe’s Fluttershy.
@BarryFromMars
I did read that chapter of that story, but I feel that I don’t like something beater/junkyard-ish things around, and I don’t like Flutters in a ex-school bus because it makes me think she opened a travel company here.
Oh, the Chevrolet Suburban? As mentioned on my previous post before, large SUVs that is not luxurious enough are acceptable and the Suburban is one of them. If the Chevy Suburban is chosen for Fluttershy, then I would prefer between these generations: Seventh generation (1973-1991), Eight generation (1992-1999), Ninth generation (2000-2006), Eleventh generation (2007-2014), and the current Twelve generation since 2015.
(BTW, nice Suburban ownership story you’ve got there)

Yes but she also cares for the animals so maybe she’d occasionally need something huge that can tow things.
@RhodieNite
Depending on the situation, I agree.
@RushCars24
I could see an Outback working too. Initially I was thinking of some old Wagon (1990-1991 Ford LTD? It has an air bag at least) but maybe not; its ground clearance is probably lower than the Outback.
I was thinking maybe a 90s Suburban Turbo Diesel could work too (Biodiesel or Waste Vegetable Oil fuel capability, for one reason) but maybe not; my 99 needed many repairs from day 1 and I’m still not done nearly 3 years later.
Incidentally, Caddy Finz made a fanfic some years ago in which Fluttershy buys a dilapidated ex-school bus and fixes it:

And, that is something what I am thinking of after reading your comment.
The Smart ForTwo is a fun to drive car, it’s small, cute, and has a low fuel economy, no matter what this is, it’s a city car. But I felt the ForTwo is not working in one particular spot that Fluttershy is always a fond on: Animals. As we know it, Fluttershy loves animals and when she going to transport them to animal shelters, unfortunately, she would ended up stuck with a very small trunk space of the ForTwo’s trunk. What she wants is a car that she can daily drive herself, but also used for work with one rule from her, commercial vans are NOT allowed, because they’re too embarrassing for her when driving to Canterlot High School.
If she wants a van, then she would went for a minivan (e.g Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan) instead.
A pickup truck is also a fitting choice, except she had to configure the bed size to fit her needs, as well having a bed liner and a bed cap, and it’s must be either a half-ton truck (e.g Ford F-150, RAM 1500, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500) or a compact truck (e.g Chevrolet Colorado, GMC Canyon, Toyota Tacoma), as I don’t think she is not ready for the big boy three-quarter-ton truck and the big daddy one-ton truck. Alternatively, she can also get a large SUV, but not the ones from the high-end class like a Cadillac Escalade or a Lincoln Navigator, should be something like a Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL or Ford Expedition.
For my universe that I’ll called it as Sci-Twiliverse, Fluttershy drives a Subaru Outback station wagon.
Why? If we take a look back to the pony world and revisit the FiM Fluttershy, Fluttershy’s cottage had rough tracks that leads to her home, and as seen on the FiM’s Season 7 episode, Fluttershy Leans In, she’s now have a sanctuary to fit most of her animals and it had the rough tracks there too, that’s why the Outback was picked, very nice high ground clearance and a nice space to fit whatever Flutters can’t afford a large station wagon or a large SUV for a meantime. There’s more crossover wagons in there like Volkswagen Golf Alltrack, Volvo V90 Cross Country, and many more including the upcoming Buick Regal TourX, but my universe’s Fluttershy is with the Subaru Outback for her daily basis. Imagine in my universe, her Outback ownership journey started with a third generation model as a 2005 2.5i Limited, then she got a fifth generation model with the 2015 2.5i Premium, while the former becomes a work vehicle for her pet store. I know, both Outbacks that I’ve picked for her are basic trim levels but I felt that the more expensive high trim levels are not a mandatory for her, so I’d kept it basic based on her needs.

A Toyota Prius would be nice for her 😊
Flutters seems like one to be environmentally conscious.
Don’t forget to bring your pet furries along in the ride!
It’s not a Pinto, meathead!
GTA does make not so subtle references to RL cars without stoking copyright.
