Looking at the page after this one, they have several references to Windy as “she”. So yeah, she’s a girl and this is a typo. Kind of amusing because it’s the first reference to her.
I just looked back at the earlier pages and saw that Flim and Flam referred to Windy as female before. Can’t they make up their minds?
Ah, now I see it.
Still, to me Windy looks like a girl. It’s the eyelashes that do it.
