Sunny grew up in Tampa Neigh, one of the hottest places to be during the summer. Literally, the heat there reaches sweltering levels. When she was young, on one of the hottest days of summer, her family desperately went out to get anything to beat the heat. But no matter how far they went, they found nothing. Fans were sold out, pools were crowded, and more importantly, all the ice cream and smoothies were gone. As her family gave up and went home, Sunny was still determined to beat the heat. By using ingredients from her fridge, she made her own ice cream. The taste stunned her family, it was so fruity and sweet, and most importantly cool. It attracted the attention of quite a few neighbors that were unlucky enough to not beat the heat. While selling her first few pints, she got her cutie mark, and a small business was booming.
 
True to her name, Sunny is super optimistic and cheerful. She tries her hardest to the bright side of everything. She’s very gentle and meticulous, handling her ingredients and situations with care. However while she always has a gleeful personality, she is very serious about the handling of her ingredients, and may often lash out in sudden anger if you mess with her fruits. She has set up her own shop that she runs on her own, where she makes her own frozen goods from ice cream to smoothies. It’s hard work, but she makes them with pride and love.
