The volume of the penis decreases more-or-less- proportionally with the volume of the horse; a Clydesdale has one the size of a human arm, while a Welsh Pony' penis might be comparable in girth to a large Human. And if you take into account their evolution (since Equestrian ponies clearly are not Earth horses), their penises would be even smaller: horses evolved to mate exclusively "belly-to-back", requiring a longer penis. If we assume Equestrian ponies are small and flexible enough for belly-to-belly intercourse, there would be no evolutionary pressure for longer penises. (Obviously this is all educated conjecture; I don't have the "appropriate measurements" to back it up.)


 
In conclusion, assuming ponies are small enough to pick up and cuddle, we're be enough to show them a great time.
