I don’t think they can get away with a joke like that in the show. Maybe they could pull it off in comics but even then, I have my doubts. Still funny though.
Yeah, I’d like to see the fact that hippogriffs are hybrids of griffons and ponies/horses addressed more.
Maybe a griffon finds a baby hippogriff (like the ones we saw in seapony form) cute and somepony is like, “I could help with that if you wanted one.” wink wink nudge nudge
I want to see more Griffon pairs with Celestia too.
Speaking of, that kind of reminds me how when the movie characters were introduced, someone was assuming Novo might have been related to Celestia somehow. Granted we didn’t know that she and the other sea ponies were hippogriffs at the time, but it’s kind of funny to think about, especially since we now know that they’re hippogriffs.

And I’m sorry for being negative; by and large I’ve enjoyed this comic series, and I’ll readily admit my reaction to Celestia’s teasing come-on here is almost entirely due to personal issues not related to your comic.
Pencils has given us Teaslestia before, in Anon’s Pie Adventures:

Celestia’s point was that she established a potential for an actual scandal, so that Glenda could not go back to being a paparazzi or work in such tabloid journalism in any form. Had Glenda chosen to be her “escort” however, she wouls have found herself as a chambermaid for Celestia, doing menial tasks and living in the palace. Not the best fit for Flenda as a job, manageable, but she’d soon want to take her desert commando option.

It was reasonably obvious Celestia knew what the answer would be, and it seemed more like she threw that in more as “making a pass” than as “serious coercion.”
If the choice had been: “be my sexy plaything” or “stay in prison for the rest of your life;” that would have been totally different (and yucky imho).
Or is that a dumb question?
