I agree the eyes are very important to get right, they do take up 90% of her face for a reason. As for her weird dialated pupils, I didn’t spend as much time on her eyes as I probably should’ve. But who knows maybe Twilight likes to get real high while she’s diapered(don’t do drugs kids). And what reason could I possibly have for removing her eyelashes? I forgot… I gotta pay more attention to stuff like that.
 
To answer your question, the colors are slightly different. I don’t know how to make palettes yet so, I didn’t want to spend all day getting it right.

It’s a simplistic style, but the background is probably best that way. But the little shading details in the middle of the diaper are amazing for making the diaper look/feel like a plush, cushy, thick diaper.
 
Now, the eyes seem kinda zoned out, and the pupils and irises both look a bit dilated, but hah, that’s not too bad since it just makes me feel she’s really excited to tape this on. Maybe even a bit nervoucited. Reminds me of how unreal it was when I first realized I could make the diaper feeling with toilet paper in my underwear. Or the first adult diapers. Sadly, for some reason I can’t remember the first adult one I taped on, but this does remind me of the excitement…
 
Actually, I guess I can give some pointers; eyelashes are important for making ponies look feminine, and just in general eyes are important to get just right.
 
Also, did you use slightly different colors this time?
