I predict she’s only going to bully them because she doesn’t want to be associated with being a blank flank, but if she wasn’t a blank flank herself, she’d really like to be friends with them.

Also, I don’t think it’s really about the Cutie Mark either. Diamond Tiara just likes messing with ponies; after all, Family Appreciation Day and Ponyville Confidential weren’t about Cutie Marks.

I’m gonna troll this image’s comments section and predict the episode is gonna be about how Babs Seed is a reaction to all those “Southern Strategy” jokes leveled at Applejack for being a blue-eyed, blond-haired southerner who was the most terrified of someone of african descent out of all her friends.  
Like, Babs Seed doesn’t hate the CMC because they’re stupid blank flank kids. She hates them because two of them are “those kinds of ponies”.  
DT and SS go along with her because they don’t suspect it all, though.

My theory is that DT and SS don’t care Applebloom and her friends are Blank Flanks. They pick on Applebloom and her friends for personal reasons, and Blank Flank is just an easy way to screw with Applebloom.

Her name is Babs Seed. She’s Apple Bloom’s cousin. The episode synopsis says that the CMC offer her a chance to join them, but she basically goes “up yours!” and starts making their lives miserable.
