Well now that's a different story. Before, you said that lore and plot were "not important". As in,are not important at all. But now you indicate that they have _*some_* amount of importance. That's a key distinction.

Here's the thing: I actually_*like_* Equestria Girls, and I want to see more cool stuff come of it. I didn't (and still don't) think that EqG 1 was a good movie (for reasons beyond just the Sunset plot holes), but Rainbow Rocks genuinely impressed me and made me a believer. Yes, I'm hard on the plot holes and poor writing decisions, but that's tough love. It's because I _*know_* they can do better than that, and because we shouldn't have to settle for shoddy writing. Gen4 MLP set a higher standard than that.
