“OK! Everyone look at the camera! Guys… you can stop kissing now - -’”
After funding out that her longtime crush Big Mac was going out with his new Sugarbabe (I’m calling her that >v<), Pinkie and her girlfriend Gilda brought her to the bar to relax and get over him. There she met Cheerilee. Who was currently drunk and casually spewing her anger about this guy she fancied and was suddenly taken.
The pair share their similar situations and feelings and after a while realise that they were crushing on the same stallion. Cheerilee gets the epiphany to date each other just to spite him. Not knowing what else to do, Marble agrees. (Not to mention how hot she thought Ms. Cheerilee was in a passionate and slightly drunken state). Of course it’s not due to the fact that she finds the rock mare to be absolutely adorable! What are you talking about? Don’t look at me.v’
After several outings parading around in Ponyville, their feelings for each other grew. It became more of a relationship that a thing to rub into Big Mac’s face. Marble eventually gathers the guts to take Cheerilee to the Rock Farm. Her parents immediately go to her with urgent news as she’s been staying with her girlfriend for the last while. She is informed by her father that she has been betrothed. But not to her current lover. Deeply saddened by this she runs and hides in the mines. Cheerilee finds her and offers her to move in with her. So Marble regretfully leaves the Rock Farm to live in Ponyville like her sisters.
They have a small wedding ceremony by Maud’s rock paradise. And despite the odd spell of homesickness every now and again, they’ve been happy.
Later, Cheerilee starts to notice her wife becoming more and more melancholic. Marble loves to help out at the school despite her shyness. But she wants to have her own children. So they decided to adopt. To take on those who were cast away. Like them.
They go to Canterlot Orphanage where they meet their new children. A shy and insecure little dinky boy and an outgoing and adventurous goat kid.
Despite the ups and downs they’ve had (and those yet to come ) they’re a pretty swell pair. ^^

And here we have our latest of the Next Gen families! With Cheerilee and Marble Pie.
It occurred to me after Big Mac got with Sugarbabe, that he’s got too many women after him. So I thought, why not put them together? Then I thought of chemistry, then it stuck ^^ Not hate on Big Mac! Just the Headcamel guys!
Marble Pie; shy and soft spoken, thinks Cheerilee is really nice and caring. Not to mention pretty (hot). And luvs kiddies.
Cheerilee; caring and (mostly) responsible, thinks Marble Pie is cute beyond words, is an epic snooker player.
And now the children.
Summit is the little goat kid. Very artistic, likes to climb anything and everything, the same with exploring. Is slightly older than her donkey bro, but still smaller TvT, wants to climb all the unknown peaks of the world!!!
Donkey child is dubbed Florian. Shy and awkward fellow who hit puberty and grew like a weed. Not sure what to do in life. Good at transporting heavy loads. Actually 1/8 pony but everyone thinks his mane and tail are just dyed. Much to his dismay.
