99 had an issue during his early stages of development and his aging accelerated much more than normal. He was never allowed to graduate the clone academy on kamino because of this and instead worked as maintenance and cleanup. He was a great help to Domino Squad as they graduated and as a token of appreciation, Hevy gave 99 his medal after graduating. 99 died helping give Rex and Cody’s squad grenades and ammo during the separatist assault of Tipoca City.
