Why would he care, they’re not dating in this picture and Big Mac/Cadance are.
The alternate universe thing has been done…in more ways than one.
your current filter.An anthology episode is good, but I’m more for the idea of Cadence running into Big Macintosh and the two catching up while Shining Armor gets a little jealous.
I could see it as an alternate universe episode (Kinda like how Futurama did with it’s alternate universe stories). Have them around a campfire or something and have them be like “Hey, wouldn’t be interesting if…” and go off from there (Obviously with more detail than what I gave but you get the idea).
