I actually kinda like how Sunny & Flash are friendly enough to offer food to eachother.  
They did “make up” in Legend of Everfree after all.

There is no evidence that Rarity owns anything, though.
 
She definitely has the same aspirations as pony Rarity, so owning a boutique is probably in her plans, but nothing son far indicates her plans have advanced to that point.

These shorts have made it somewhat clear what all of the girls do for a living.
 
Rainbow Dash - Works at a sports boutique.  
Applejack - Works at a smoothie stall.  
Twilight - Works at an electronics store and seems to be a technician.  
Pinkie Pie - Works at a retro diner restaurant.  
Sunset Shimmer: - Works at a sushi restaurant.  
Rarity - Pretty well established for a while now that she owns and runs her own clothing store.  
Fluttershy - Works at an animal shelter and/or pet store.

I like the fake circuitry on Twilight’s outfit. Unless it’s real. Then I like the circuitry on her outfit.
