Followup thought: Only other explanation to save Trixie’s character here would be that she happened on this bunny wandering, lost, and kept him in her hat for safekeeping and/or shows. Then later, this.

Unless she gained magical powers too, the only logical explanation would be that she borrowed Angel for the sole purpose of performing this trick.  
I can sympathize with going to dubiously legal lengths to impress and/or bring joy to Fluttershy.
 
Edit: I just saw dollar signs on the poster, so that adds another likely explanation.

That was my first thought to, i mean i love her but its still a funny thought. anyways, atleast she found and or returned angel in a goofy fashion, or calling on the power of satan to magic angel into her hat.
