I would think the dislike comes from the fact that this ship has literally no basis or support besides Gilda and the other guy being the same species.
I mean, for all that I may dislike Flashlight at least Flash Sentry has at least some personality and speaking roles. What’s-his-face there on the right doesn’t even have that.
I mean, they’re both griffons and they’re opposite genders. And… ? What other reason is there for this to exist?
I mean, if you need a heterosexual griffon/griffon ship that badly, you could at least use an actual character, like Gustav le Grand or something.
