Yeah, sleep paralysis sounds scary. Especially when it’s usually accompanied by hallucinations. Like aliens, ghosts, monsters or an old woman.
Although personally I think it was a case of Sleep Paralysis.
I’ve only had a lucid dream a few times. One of those times is when I was mowing down Dinosaurs in the Jeep from Jurassic Park wielding a big effing gun. Had that one when I was 8.
It’s been a recurring dream every now and again too. I think the last one was maybe 2 or 3 years ago.
