In all seriousness, though, that'’s a very nicely drawn diaper. The sort of shape implied sby thape crinkles/wrinkles makes it look very plush and thick\! Honestly, those details - the wrinkles - and the overall shape - make it look a lot thicker than actually drawing it thick. Making a diaper look thick in diaper art is all about those details, and this one did them really well.
