Meadowbrook is one of the legendary ponies featuring in the Legends of Magic comic series. The reason this is show-relevant is because four of the other five (Rockhoof, Mistmane, Flash Magnus and Somnambula) have already featured on the show itself (plus the last remaining one is Starswirl the Bearded). As such, it’s been pretty much a given that Meadowbrook’s also going to appear. Since she’s supposed to be a healer, it’d fit the overall theme of “A Health of Information”.

Another thing that occurred to me: are those spots on Fluttershy’s coat paint/dye of some sort, or did she come down with some sort of illness too?
