Pierce giggled in glee as the shell sailed through the air and exploded, sending a sheet of sticky material that pasted an unsuspecting Pegasus to a cliff. She squirmed and pulled against the ooze but was unable to break free of the substance. Pierce quickly got his tank started and set off toward her.
