SCP 173. Its a statue. It can’t move as long as someone directly looks at it. This doesn’t include blinking. 173 is super fast – you won’t outrun it. It kills you by snapping your neck at the base of the skull, or in rare cases, strangulation. It produces a liquid that may be part of its reproduction process. Buildup of the liquid over a period of time can lead to another instance of 173. All 173’s are a hivemind, who get exponentially more intelligent as they multiply, so it’s necessary to clean its cell it teams, where someone is watching it at all times, and all personnel are to announce when they blink to coordinate and keep it in place while cleaning proceeds. If it breaks containment and starts multiplying, it could cause an extinction level event.

I think 835 or 106 would be a better fit.

Kind of, you need direct eye contact with spc-173, if you see it at the corner of your eye it won’t stop it, with the weeping angels you juts have to see it at all, even in a mirror.

Please don’t use the Doctors quote about weeping angels, you have more leeway with them, weeping angels have to be in sight, spc-173 has to be the focus of your sight.
