There is, it’s Spike at (I think) 1600 gems, thankfully I unlocked him at the old event.
There have been ponies worth 700 gems. The current most expensive is the Elden Pony at 730. But yeah. This is ridiculous. The game is FAR TOO EXPENSIVE to take it seriously. A digital Celestia is more expensive than some well done plushies.
Even when you get enough level she costs 600 gems. And Celestia still costs 430 gems. I still like playing this game but this is ridiculously stupid. I wonder if there will be pony who will be available for 1000 gems.
I don’t know, I don’t have enough level to actually use her yet.
