Even still, RD is bored and would rather just fly herself, since she is a pegasus with functional wings.
Wrong.
Nearly all major passenger jets are 500+ mph. Even the lumbering 747-400 and A380 both cruise at 560-570mph.
Try 300 mph
Those things are hauling ass at around 600mph. lol mph!. The speed of sound is 767mph, which translates to 1125fps. It takes a freakin’ divebomb to pull off her “sonic rainboom”. So if she tried to fly that fast for such a great distance she’d probably drop out of the sky.
