It’s clearly worse. A dog has almost the same things a human has expect they have fur.
 
Most people believe that a dog is color blind. This is NOT TRUE. Turns out that dogs can actually see in color but their color is limited. They can only see in yellow, grey and blue. Still three different colors are better than just seeing in black and white.
 
As for a fish? Well, it seems that some fishes can see more colors than humans can and some fishes see just as much colors as humans do.
 
However, despite the fact that fishes can see more colors than dogs can they still can’t walk on land or they’ll choke to death. So Spike was better off as a dog before.
