why would they call it fascism then? because fascism comes from ‘‘Fasci’’ to represent that movement (the italian fasci of combat) now that i think about the actual wikipedia page says it could be also called ‘‘The Manifesto of the Italian Fasci of Combat’’

Have you ever heard of the DEMOCRATIC Kampuchea? The one ruled by a certain Pol Pot? Search it on Wikipedia. Spoiler: the Democratic Kampuchea wasn’t “democratic” at all. Just like the “FASCIST Manifesto” (1919) wasn’t the Manifesto of historical Fascism (1922-1945).

You said it yourself: the program of Alceste De Ambris and Filippo Tommaso Marinetti was not Fascist: it was national syndicalist and Futurist.  
And Mussolini didn’t steal anything: he was the founder of the “Fasci Italiani di Combattimento”! But he had an absolutely different view, autoritarian and totalitarian. Which today is rightly considered, by everyone, the only historical Fascist view.

Thousands of books written about Fascism, and then “Genny” comes and says that “Mussolini wasn’t fascist at all”. I really hope you are not from Italy, or this could be seen as the proof that you don’t know nothing about the history of our country. I’m out of this.

about the doctrine of fascism, it literally says it was published in 1932…….10 YEARS after italy became fascist under mussolini in 1922, so, not only he lied to be a fascist, he also stole the name, and created his own ideology which is not fascism at all

The “Fascist Manifesto” was the Manifesto of the “Fasci Italiani di Combattimento” (1919-1921), it wasn’t the Manifesto of (historical) Fascism (1921-1945).
 
When I say Fascism, I mean the original and only historical Fascism that ruled a country (Italy); I’m not talking about the pre-Fascist movements, which remained too small, and failed to obtain the power.
 
In fact, there are: pre-1921 “Fasci” movements (both leftist and rightist). And then there is the actual Fascism (the ideology of both National Fascist Party and Mussolini). Some chronology:
 
1870s: birth of the “fasci” organizations in Sicily, which call for radical democratic reforms in Italy.  
 
1889-94: “Fasci Siciliani dei Lavoratori” (see image), a popular movement of democratic and socialist inspiration, rises in Sicily.
 
1914-1920: “fasci” movements in Italy (like the “Fasci Italiani di Combattimento” of 1919): they are against Italian neutrality in World War I. Influenced by the Radicals, the Futurists, the National Syndicalists.
 
These movements didn’t estabilish Fascism in Italy or in any other country, and disappeared.
 
Chronology of the rise of actual Fascism (historical Fascism):
 
1921: birth of the National Fascist Party;  
1922: Marcia su Roma: Mussolini is declared Prime Minister by the king. End of democracy, foundation of the Fascist regime.  
1924: thanks to the Fascist Acerbo Law, Mussolini gains 60% of the votes.  
1925-26: Leggi fascistissime (“Absolutely Fascist Laws”). The Kingdom of Italy becomes de facto a Fascist regime: non-democratic, nationalist, centralist, statalist, corporativist, imperialist. All the other non-Fascist parties are declared illegal.  
1929: The Fascist power in Italy is consolidated. In the general election of March, held as a Referendum (voters could only vote “Yes” or “No” to approve the deputies appointed by the Grand Council of Fascism) Mussolini obtains 98% of the votes.
