Rarity (with a little help from AJ) decided that beauty can exist beneath the skin in the form of physical strength.

Beauty comes largely from grooming, but how do you groom beneath your skin? Simple: Be healthy. Be strong.

BUT! Be careful. The body needs a certain fat percentage in order for several vital organs to function correctly, and it also smooths over muscles and keeps you from looking like a titan from Attack On Titan. Don’t get rid of all of it.
