I'm going to have to agree with you on this one. Another fic I scribbled this morning went through almost immediately, so I can only assume something went haywire with this one.
 
Good news though, just spoke to a mod on fimfiction and I've got auto approval now... So my fivecs should go up without a hitch.
 
This one should be up within the next 10 min or so.
